Michael N Collyer
General Manager

Attended prep and public school in UK.
Attended Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, (British Army Officer Training Academy) Graduated and commissioned in 1974.
Served throughout the world in Regular British Army as a Senior Royal Military Police Officer. Retired in 1992 after 20 year service.
Private Consultant in security, investigations and logistics to international trading organizations for 5 years. Worked throughout the world on investigations, credit management and risk management projects.
CEO of three international collection companies as well as CEO of an international investigations company with offices throughout the world. Opened an International Investigation company in London Lived in Switzerland.
Joined Global Credit Solutions and opened a number of GCS offices in Europe Africa and USA. Lived in Switzerland and South Africa.
Served as a Regional Director for Europe and Africa for Global Credit Solutions.
Project Director for one year for Global Credit Solutions on a credit and risk management consultancy project in Kazakhstan.
Special Projects Director of Global Credit Solutions, mainly responsible for investigations world wide, particularly anti counterfeiting investigations.
Appointed as General Manager of Global Credit Solutions.
Qualified trainer in Sailing and Power boating and holder of a UK Board of Trade Yachtmaster's licence. (Licence to master power and sail vessels up to 200 tons).

Adam Wood

Adam has had an interesting working career that included more than a year with four of the largest collection agencies in the USA during 1998-99, gaining invaluable international experience in all facets of the industry. He then travelled & worked across the UK, Europe, and Hong Kong before returning to Australia.
On his return to Australia and in 2000 Adam was recruited by Arthur Anderson and joined the Business Fraud Investigation Services (BFIS) Unit, spending two years as an understudy to the former head of the Australian Federal Police Major Fraud Unit, Paul MacKellar.
In 2002 Adam returned to GCS Pty Ltd & GCS Ltd, in the role of Business Development Manager. He has since spent a decade learning best practice global management systems & operations, as he worked his way through and up the GCS corporate ladder to General Manager.
In July 2011 Adam was appointed Managing Director of Global Credit Solutions Pty Ltd | GCS Australia, and maintains his senior management role at GCS Ltd.

Leane Maddren
Administration Manager

Leane has 19+ yrs experience in the credit & collection industries.
Appointed Collections Manager of TCM P/L (1990).
Leane continued as Collections Manager when the company was sold in 2002, however returned to Global Credit Solutions Pty Ltd in the capacity of Administration Manager in 2004.
Leane has been instrumental in the development, installation & upgrade of two purpose built Collections software systems, & continues to be involved in this area.

John Vasil
Operations Manager

John has 20+ yrs experience in the credit, collection & investigation industries.
Between 1986 & 1998, John was "Claims Manager" for one of Australias largest insurance companies.
John joined TCM (1999), & continued on with Collection House when the business was sold to them in 2001.
John rejoined Neil & Adam in October 2004 & accepted the position of Operations Manager.

Sid Kapur
Special Projects Manager

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration – FORE School of Management (India).
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Economics – University of Delhi University (India).
Extensive experience of working in the geographies of Australia, India, Malaysia, Nepal and Singapore.
Undertaken investigations into the procurement practices of State and District level Project Implementation Units in India for International Donor Agencies.
Successfully executed and managed several investigations relating to Foreign Exchange Fraud, Bribery allegations and investigations into whistle blowers’ allegations for Fortune firms with a presence in South Asia.
Professional engagements have spanned sectors such as Information Technology, IT Enabled Services, Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Shipping, Hospitality, Consumer Goods, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Media and International NGO's.
Successfully completed several Intellectual Property Rights and Brand Protection assignments for beverages companies, surgical products manufacturers and software firms in the Indian sub-continent.
Skills include the building and operation of corporate and personal screening operations for both India and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
Previously worked with Control Risks, Grant Thornton and the Aditya Birla Group – one of India’s largest conglomerates concentrating on business streams such as Cement, Metals, Edible Oils and Carbon Black across the entire South Asia region.
Fluent in English and Hindi.

All personnel have been appropriately trained to fulfill their job definitions and to provide our clients with a high level of professionalism at all times. They specialise in their own areas of expertise and the majority of key personnel have been in the collection industry for more than a decade therefore bring with them a wealth of current knowledge and expertise.

This combined with negotiation skills sensitive to individual circumstances, ensures the clients requirements are professionally dealt with and in every circumstance the debtors obligations are analysed, and appropriate action taken to promote a speedy and satisfactory result.

The principals of Global Credit Solutions Ltd have a minimum of forty (40) years experience, many of them have built their business into their countries leading debt collection and credit service provider. A number have served as leaders in their respective national and international professional associations.
