REGISTRATION DETAILS

We are delighted to advise we have secured what we believe to be an excellent venue for our annual GCS conference at very favourable room rates of E100 per night, for up to two persons, inclusive of breakfast, taxes and charges.

It is the Hotel Majestic Plaza and if you look up the information provided, you will see it is four star, of a very high standard and in a great location. The hotel has worked closely with us over the past month to provide all we require for our small/medium sized conference and extended themselves with information sought on Prague.The hotel management has also extended the rate of E100 for those wishing to remain in Prague and attend the FENCA Conference, which follows our GCS Conference so if you plan on attending FENCA you should include the additional dates on the registration form showing your plnned departure date. .

You will note on the registration form that there is one rate applicable to all conference attendees, so as to obtain the best hotel rates available. This is charged in Euro. Non conference attendees/companions will receive a small discount and are encouraged to join in the lunches at no further cost other than the registration fee.

The registration fee includes a Cocktail reception on 20th September, all conference costs, plus a dinner cruise one evening and a gala dinner on the other.

Whilst the registration is charged in Euro, we require the holding deposit of USD350.00 to be paid into our USD account now, to enable us to get the special room rates and venue discounts we have negotiated. When the balance of registration payment is due mid July, we will invoice and advise which currency (Euro or USD) we require payment to be made in, dependant on the world markets at the time.

Credit card payments for the deposit, unfortunately are not an option, due to currency exchange rate variations between now and the conference. (This happened last year and some losses were incurred.

We ask that the deposit of USD350 be made to the account listed below, NO LATER THAN 10TH MARCH, 2009, to secure your booking at these special rates. It should be noted that the deposit covers the first nights accommodation and part registration fee.

Should you require a tax invoice to enable payment of the deposit, then please advise by return email.
